On the final morning of a field trip in Prince Albert National Park the rainy, overcast weather began to move off. I took the time to travel up a back road that has several turnouts to picnic spots and boat launches. I can't recall the name of the lake in this image.

Pelicans in flight are graceful and powerful. They are also a challenge to track in the air. The framing of this image could be better, but at least I got the shot.
