My intent was to try to capture the dramatic light and active cloud conditions from a vantage point in Cypress Hills Interprovincial Park. When I came to edit the image I was startled to see a star in the clouds.

I had posted this image earlier, but this time it is rendered as a monochrome.

Another perspective on an abandoned house, showing the wire star mounted on the roof. I expect the star once was strung with lights at Christmas time.
