Just a brief sign of life, I have been very busy in the past few weeks and will be away again but (Deutsche Bahn permitting) back the 1st week in May. See you and your photos then! Ein kurzes Lebenszeichen, ich war die vergangenen Wochen sehr beschäftigt und werde gleich wieder bis Anfang Mai weg sein, u.a. zum HH-Treffen. Main Tower was opened in 2000 and is Germany's 4th tallest skyscraper. The viewing platform is at a height of 198m, including the mast the building is 240m high. de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Tower

TSC: Mirroring I availed myself of the permission to use archive photos in this case, but they are only 2 days too old;-) An ultra wide angle photo of Holbeinsteg which I first cropped to get rid of the people and then mirrored in Photoshop Elements. The original photo is in the first note. The 2nd note is another cropped photo, polar coordinates applied, turned 90° and then mirrored. 3rd note shows the first step (polar coordinates), 4th note is the original.

The Junior House is one of the most important modernist buildings in Frankfurt. Light designer Gunther Hecker created an ever changing illuminiation with LEDs.
