Probably later C16 or early C17 but heavily remodelled in the late C19 (the windows and even the chimneys date from this remodelling, according to the listing, as presumably does the band of pargetting across the central range: list.english-heritage.org.uk/resultsingle.aspx?uid=1127893 ). Rather than putting the house back to a hypothetical earlier appearance, the late C19 remodelling seems to have aimed at the impression of a house that has evolved over time, and the result is a happy one, in my opinion! .
