Here's a goofy old graphic from my original 2000 website about the descent back down. Basically it was all on razorback with sliding gravel to each side. Way easier to ascend than descend.

Well worth the climb. There was a surprisingly level plateau on top, which offered airplane like views of the town of Ocotillo south towards Mexico.
