Here we are looking at the eastern Sierras from the parking lot at Buster's Market in Bridgeport, CA.

Set out on another nine day off road Death Valley National Park trek, this time focusing on the other valleys outside the main, and most touristed, Death Valley proper.

There's a pool where the spring cools off but it's right after a culvert takes it under the highway, so not the most scenic spot.

This part of the spring is too hot to put your foot into.
