Queen Breaca's photos with the keyword: Beer

What intrigued me about this old boat was a) the peeling paint and b) the cloth that must have seen better days, but even in its state of decay it still looks pretty decorative as a boat cover.

Flickrites in HiMiMaWHY group suggested there should be more background to the boat. Voilà! I personally think the background is too cluttered, I like my images more tidy and I'm striving to even make them minimalistic - although I still have a long way to go.

Traveller, when you come to Beer, this is the picture you MUST take.

Displayed in the window of the village shop in Beer, Devon.

I asked this friendly fisherman in the wonderful East Devon village of Beer if I could take a picture of his crabs. He said yes but he had something else for me as well, a live lobster.

While most people do these boats in colour (I've got some colour shots as well, of course), I thought I'd try something a bit different, especially with the sky looking as though it would open up any minute (fortunately it didn't, not this time).
