This is said to be a genuine Banksy, somewhere along the River Lym in Lyme Regis, Dorset. The writing on the wall was added later, presumably by local people. It reads, "Graffiti lives and dies free!! Demand your tour is refunded if you've paid!" and is probably directed at literarylyme.co.uk who offer a 30mins "Banksy Crane" walk at three pounds fifty (see link: www.literarylyme.co.uk/banksylymeregistour.html ) to a location that you can easily find yourself if you walk up Coombe Street or down Sherborne Lane or along the river behind the Town Mill.

Ich fand dieses Motiv auf einem toten Baumstumpf in einem Wald in der Nähe. Es gibt auch eine Version in Farbe (Link s. u.). Ich freue mich über Kommentare, welche Version euch besser gefällt. Die Aufnahme wurde mit Silver efex pro bearbeitet, ich wählte "überbelichtet", was das "Auge" am besten hervortreten ließ, und justierte dann Kontrast und Struktur. Im Nachhinein fällt mir ein: "Holzauge, sei wachsam!" wäre auch ein guter Titel gewesen. Found this on a dead tree stump in the woods near my home.
