Bad luck for two members of a canoeing club who took an unplanned dip (the other unfortunate bloke is out of picture). I watched this unfold. For several seconds - long enough to pause and stabilise - the canoe was wobbling dangerously without any caution or correction. I know nothing about canoeing but instinctively I know not to press on with a foolhardy manoeuvre when in water (Costa Concordia; Titanic, just for starters).
