Village People is a group of privileged English countryside dwellers known for its ancient customs and innovative approach to managing redundant materials and possessions. Nikon D700 + Nikkor 135mm f/2.8 AI lens. Cropped and converted to B&W. A case of insufficient telephoto.

Designed by J H Sanders, the station has a vaulted glass roof in a single-span wrought iron arch structure. The station was originally called 'Queen Square' and renamed 'Green Park' in1951. Passenger trains from this station ceased in 1966. It is now a short-cut to the centre of Bath doing duty as an occasional market. The sidings have been redeveloped by Sainbury's Supermarkets. In the western liturgical year, Lady Day is the traditional name in some English-speaking countries of the Feast of the Annunciation, which is celebrated on 25 March, and commemorates the visit of the archangel Gabriel to the Virgin Mary, during which he informed her that she would be the mother of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. For years the gate led to a private school. The factory building in the distance - a former woollen mill - housed a publicly funded youth centre. Then came the slump.
