Devizes, Wilts. Photographed in 2012. Fujifilm FinePix S3 Pro + Nikkor AF-S DX 18-70mm f/3.5-4.5 G ED. Processing notes: This was always a JPEG and thus scope for improvements is limited. Fuji colours are usually well saturated and that seemed to work against me with this photo. I put it through the old version of PicMonkey which still survives on the ipernity platform and made distinct improvement to the colours; then I wondered what it might look like in B&W and on a whim used a Tri-X filter. Finally I restored some of the colour, keeping it muted, and settled for what you now see above.
