A rebuilt former sub-transmission line pole I think with the old iron braces. The pole has single-phase riser. You can also see the remainder of the old secondary rack below with two unused brown insulator spools.

No fiberglass, braceless crossarms, or poly yuks here! Good old classic CL&P with wood, steel, and porcelain from the 1950's-70's era with plenty of mud. Might've been 4800V delta at one time. Source: google maps

This construction could be from 1966-1980, which despite the spread of "sky glaze" insulators during that period, dark brown porcelain insulators were still used quite often.
