As a treat for working so hard. I went for a Spa day at the 5 star Peterstone Court Hotel near Brecon. Three Massages, a Sauna, Jacuzzi Hot Tub and some Fine Dining. I feel alot better now. Did I mention the wine.....

It was a dream come true for Dr Who actress Elisabeth Sladen as she met the infamous Captain Gorgeous. I'm so sad that she has passed away. Such a lovely person. I was privileged to have met her.
