Roll film

14 Sep 2008 82
It all started with these two rolls of unexposed film that had been lying about in a tool cupboard of my fathers. They had been there for as long as I could remember? Anyway after mentioning this to my Flickr contact Sandeha Lynch ( www.flickr.com/photos/sandeha/ ) he told me that he would be happy to process them for me to see what if anything was on them....... (see next picture)

Rolleicord

..... And here it is. An 'art deco' Rolleicord. Dating from the 1930's and still working. It has a really nice leather case (not pictured), and even still has it's original lens caps. www.rolleiclub.com/cameras/tlr/info/rolleicord.shtml Here's a picture taken on this camera www.flickr.com/photos/ben_salter/2855266845/

Maes Mawr Hall

14 Sep 2008 87
......And amazingly this was one of the twelve images on one of the rolls. Me on the left, with my sister in the middle and brother on the right. It must have been taken about 1968? And was at Maesmawr Hall near Welshpool Mid-Wales, where we used to camp on our holidays. What a find! I had no idea this image existed. The next task was to track down the camera that took it......
