A picture taken with my new mobile phone. Quite pleased with the results. And it turns out that this was taken with the protective plastic film still over the lens!! The subject is the replica sailing ship "Mathew" moored in Cardiff Bay.

The Captain goes credit card crazy, and buys himself a new toy! The choice was the new 500D or this the 50D. The build and features looked good on this to me and as I have no desire to shoot video I dived in. Got myself the Canon 18 -200mm Image Stabilized lens whilst I was at it!! Oh well there goes this years holiday.....

My newest digital camera the Canon EOS 50D, and my first ever digital camera the mighty 2 megapixel Powershot A40. A great little camera that would run for weeks on 4 AA batteries, but sadly it has died. This picture taken for the WFC "Contrasts" copetition see here .
