Collage and colored pencil on board. Previously unposted. The word "imitation" is appropriate, because the squares are actually margarine instead of butter.

We've all been there online. If I owned a smart phone, I'd have shaped this composition like one. :D Original completed size: 2224 X 2234 pixels. Shown smaller. See one of several original sources here .

The uppermost layer is "Distort: Polar Coordinates", set to 40% and re-positioned with Transform. Under that is a 70% opacity layer of "Distort: Glass" with the Frost option, in Hard Light mode. Followed by an unaltered copy of the image. There's also some blending with Eraser, and some spot usage of the Dissolve and Luminosity modes.

The background and knife were done by fusing two filters: "Pixelate: Color Halftone" in a low setting and "Sketch: Chalk and Charcoal" in a medium setting. Other miscellaneous fixes, mostly with Levels, to heighten contrast.
