Mixes layers of "Artistic: Plastic Wrap" with "Sketch: Photocopy" & "Plaster" and "Pixelate: Color Halftone." Also some brush play and Clone Stamp, etc.

Background is a large size of "Pixelate: Color Halftone." The tomato-salad thing was run through a low setting of "Blur: Radial Blur." The rest of the comp (aside from text) is a mix of the "Artistic: Rough Pastels" and the "Colored Pencil" filters. Other adjustments.

The uppermost layer is "Distort: Polar Coordinates", set to 40% and re-positioned with Transform. Under that is a 70% opacity layer of "Distort: Glass" with the Frost option, in Hard Light mode. Followed by an unaltered copy of the image. There's also some blending with Eraser, and some spot usage of the Dissolve and Luminosity modes.
