The green part of the background is "Brushstrokes: Crosshatch" at medium level. The typeface is a variation of Lucida. (I forgot to note down which one, though.) There's some "Noise: Add Noise" on the face and hand. The rest is an assortment of "Blur: Smart Blur,", brushes, Free Transform, Cut & Paste, et al. (Apart from the wing, which I mostly left as-is.)
