Two filters from the "Brush Strokes" category: "Dark Strokes" and "Spatter," fused together beneath a plain layer in "Subtract" mode. Then I added a pretend brick wall using the "Texturizer" function underneath all that-- because I haven't done anything that corny in a while. :D

Background is a large size of "Pixelate: Color Halftone." The tomato-salad thing was run through a low setting of "Blur: Radial Blur." The rest of the comp (aside from text) is a mix of the "Artistic: Rough Pastels" and the "Colored Pencil" filters. Other adjustments.

The "pane" on the left is the woman's face, copied and then changed in Free Transform with about 50% opacity atop the main layer. Main filters are various versions of "Texture: Grain" (on the face and neck) and "Distort: Glass" at medium opacity on the right-side "pane." Also lots of brushwork, Stroke, color adjustment, and more Free Transform elsewhere.

The background filter is "Texture: Mosaic Tiles," run while the card was turned at a 45 degree angle. The types and breakfast are different percentages and modes of "Sketch: Bas Relief." Other small changes and corrections.

Aside from the type re-working and an attempt at repainting the hand/arm, there's some re-painting and sharpening of the eyes. The skin was cleaned a little bit. The hat has some Transform and decorating with Fill. The pattern on the dress is copied from the hat, with some help from Blur.

That background is "Sketch: Plaster," with tones swiped off the whiskey bottle using the Eyedropper tool. Smart Blur and color adjustment on the woman. A little Free Transform on the "hat" and fiddling with the type. Also, I did something that I don't practice doing often enough: I copied a snippet off an earlier card and pasted it into this one.
