The background is "Sketch: Halftone Pattern" with the Circle option as its first filter. The second filter is "Artistic: Rough Pastels" in "Overlay" mode. Both at medium opacity. Some use of "Noise: Add Noise" in the red, blue, and green areas, alternated with "Blur: Smart Blur." Other touch-ups.

Here's the do-over. Much repainting and re-coloring. Also Free Transform of the text. The filter is a medium percentage of "Artistic: Dry Brush," which gives a nice stony quality to the coffee beans.

The re-do, with "Sketch: Halftone," a little Cut/Copy-and-Paste, some Sharpen, and some redrawing. The type was re-oriented with "Free Transform: Perspective."

Same card as before. First it went through the "Artistic: Sponge" filter. The clouds were added with a brush and the Smudge tool. The Clone Stamp was used to move the sign letters around. Other miscellaneous changes.

Same image, post-alteration. Brushed some clouds into the sky to create texture before running the whole thing through the "Artistic: Colored Pencil" filter. Worked several areas over with the Smudge tool. A little Desaturate sponge on the wedding-cake couple to make them less garish color-wise. Other minor adjustments.
