Those stamps are (left to right) The Pan American Union Building, U.S. President James Monroe, and the "spirit" (goddess?) of Commerce. I've had this 1951 reference guide to U.S. stamps sitting around for years. But I think this is the first time I've actually used any of it. Collage and decollage on board.

A high opacity layer of "Artistic: Underpainting" over a layer of "Texturizer: Burlap" and another of "Sketch: Stamp" (in black and white). Some playing with Free Transform, Eraser, and Liquify. Other touch-ups.
