A whole lot of texture, patterning, and filtering here, but very few objects, for a change. I thought I'd give 'em the long weekend off. ;) Without quite meaning to, I nostalgia-tripped for the small and simple art cards of almost two decades ago. (link) . Before my eyesight started to really go, uh... downhill. :P Hope you enjoy it! Shown smaller than the original completed size of 1300 X 879 pixels.

Some Stroke around the figure and knife. Then a 60% level of "Artistic: Poster Edges." Under that is a full opacity layer of "Noise: Add Noise." Some blending with Eraser. Other touch-ups and corrections.

The background has three different settings of "Sketch: Graphic Pen." Starting small at the top and increasing in length towards the bottom. The mode is (probably) Overlay. The faces have some Stroke and a low percentage of the "Noise: Add Noise" filter. Other small touch-ups.

Red portion of background is the Brick option in "Textures: Texturizer." The remaining elements have 100% "Sketch: Chrome" in Soft Light mode. There's also some spots of half-strength "Pixelate: Color Halftone," with other touch-ups.
