Some restructuring going on the same 69kv over 12.47-13.8kv line pictured previously.

Don't worry, the 33kv Crossarm is safe... for now. Can we all agree that Brace-less Fiberglass Crossarms are ugly and a eyesore? On wood poles at least.

When I was little, I always wondered why there was this odd crossarm out of the bunch. That was before I even knew what a 34.5kv was, or even saw a active one in person.
One of the remaining pieces of prove that a 33kv once ran the landscape along MO HWY 291. Of course, the line is now running at 12.47kv-13.8kv. Once upon time, there was a KCP&L 69kv over 33kv or 34.5kv Line that ran from the Liberty Area (Missouri Public Service Area), to Independence/Sugar Creek Area. It hoped on the Liberty Bend Bridge, once it hoped off heading south, I have no idea where it goes from there. I have pictures of it from the 1920-1940's on the Bridge and going along what was once called the "71 Bypass", now 291 HWY.

Two 4kv or 4160v Lines leaving the substation. Not for sure if the line on the other side is IP&L or MoPub's line. I think it's just MoPub's.

Typical Junction Pole (I guess that's what you can call it.) with a Switch on both sides. You can find these what's left on the "Pocket Subs" in the Kansas City area. There are actually some operating at 34.5kv and still in service outside of Kansas City, mostly in the country of Missouri.

I’m not entirely sure if this substation has been decommissioned completely. This Sub use to run 34.5kv to (I’m assuming 4kv or 4160v.) years ago. I think it now runs 13kv or 12kv to 4kv now, I could be very well wrong. I was standing by the fence and I heard the Transformers still making a buzzing noise, so I’m a little bit confused now.
This is one of very few 34.5kv “Pocket Subs” left on MoPub’s grid. I need to do a Line Safari in this area soon before KCP&L or IP&L decide to take down the rest of the 4kv System in this area.

I haven’t really came up for it name yet. This is a Mixed Media Piece I’m working on in my AP Art Studio class in school. I drew it, then colored it in Watercolor, Acrylic Paint, and Prismacolor Colored Pencils. It’s not placed off of anything, just something I came up with. A log cabin and a barn in in the Missouri Winter (When it actually snows). The poles are placed off of “Missouri Public Service Co” 34.5kv Sub-Transmission Poles and Single Phase Underbuild Distribution.
This isn’t fully completed yet. I just need to add a few more details to the Road and Shadows.
Abandoned Former MPS 34.5kV - Blue Springs, MO

I found this about a a year or so ago, and I've been meaning to get a picture of it, but I keep forgetting or just don't have time. This is a Former Missouri Public Service 34.5kV that, (of course) is abandoned. Mostly likely was in the 90's by Aquila but I have no clue.
I need to take a better look at this line. The main part of the line runs down US 40 HWY from Raytown, MO to Blue Springs, MO.

A drawing of street with some old 2 Phase Poles feeding some houses. That's really it. Obviously, it's not finished.

Did this for fun. Just a drawing of a line with 115kv over 69kv and 13.8kv. I kinda messed up the 69kv line, it looks like a 34.5kv line.

Well... I geuss I'm ready for the Missouri Vallery Insulator Show. I won't be displaying, but I'm bringing them with me in case I want to trade or something. This isn't even my whole collection. I have a few somewhere in my house that I can't find.

Just a wood substation that I'm working on.
This is why I haven't drew substations in while. This just looks weird to me...

Here just a bit of a town that I am drawing on a piece of poster paper.
The top circuit is 34.5kv Sub-Transmission and the bottom circuit is 2.4kv Delta Disturbution.
