Now that I am living in sunny Australia, this snow picture brings back fond memories. It shows snow covering the back garden of our home in Cam, Gloucestershire, in about the year 1980.

This is only a shed but, for many years, this was my personal darkroom. It had its own power supply for the MPP enlarger (medium format and 35mm), with Ross 80mm enlarging lens. A piece of black plastic covered the window. Unfortunately, the shed wasn't light-proof, so I still had to wait for darkness to fall, before I could my outside darkroom.
