The bridge over the River Severn in Bridgnorth.
There is still a pile of broken tree branches heaped against the upstream cutwaters, despite the relatively low water flow. Frequent flooding maybe one of the reasons why the widened bridge has railings instead of the solid parapet normally seen.
wst / dsm - Storm Dennis flooding (R. Severn)

The first half of February 2020 saw the UK subjected to first "Storm Ciara" and then "Storm Dennis" - this produced significant flooding in many parts of the country.
This image is a screengrab (small ie 1024 pixels) from the "Sentinel" system - the prominent river system just to the left (west) of centre is the River Severn, showing some extensive flooding above Gloucester, as at 17th February 2020.
See all sizes for a slightly larger format, which is slightly more legible.
obv not my image : education and fair use.
