Coat of Arms for the Isle of Man Railway Company, looks like a proper transfer. Nice paint job !
The "Pairs" were two of the original 1873 4-wheel carriages mounted on steel underframes, running on bogies. F68 was formed from A9 and C13, as their underframe dates from 1909, it is likely that this was the first "pairing". It was withdrawn in the 1970s and then sold to the Phyllis Rampton Trust. After restoration, and being put onto 2ft gauge bogies it is now on display at Aberystwyth.

The company crest / coat of arms on the side of a Compagnie Internationale de Wagon-Lits et de Grands Express Europeens sleeping car, built 1933.
I'm debating whether this metalwork is brass or, more probably, has been gilded [gold leaf].

3755 was restored during the 1980s with the assistance of the Manpower Services Commission, to its as built condition and carrying the post-WW1 Crimson Lake livery. In 2019 the vehicle was repainted into the chocolate and cream livery known as ‘pseudo panelling’ where the steel sides are lined out to match the wooden panelling of earlier carriages.

So few people look up at the ceilings; because of not doing that, they miss details like this coat of arms and the complexity of the structure.
