The only one not afloat today - MV "Western Belle" is still on the slipway [perhaps still under her winter overhaul" ... She was built in 1935, and came to Ullswater in 2010 after spending 2009 under restoration at the Mersey Heritage Shipyard. After a trip up the M6 and final fitting out on the company slipway she entered service later that year. She is 75ft by 15ft6" with a draft of 5ft9" and can carry up to 160 passengers at a cruising speed of 10knts.

Ben has now had a trip on a large boat. He was quite at home on the 70ft MV "Western Belle" on Ullswater, despite the very wet weather.
