That's assuming you can jump through all the hoops imposed during the process of making and maintaining a claim for UC. And there's a lot of them ! [UC rolls up a number of other payments such as Unemployment benefit etc] . Pensions are still subject to the "triple lock" so should be getting slightly more. .
