Sadly slightly blurred. Built in 1899, this Royal Riley motorised tricycle is very interesting to me [see the comment to the infocard image]

infocard - especially interesting to me. This William Riley is almost certainly the RNLI donor after whom the Rubie class pulling lifeboat "William Riley of Birmingham and Leamington" is named. She was stationed at Upgang from 1909, and was famously involved with attempted rescues from the Hospital Ship "Rohilla" , wrecked off Saltwich Nab on October 1914, on her way to Dunkirk to evacuate wounded soldiers.
