Another angle, showing the relative levels of the tracks on the Wharf. This will be the site of the transhipment display.
Of the four waggons in the view, two appear to be metal bodied "rubbish / waste" waggons , and then one furthest away looks very much like a Hudson "skip" waggon [side tipper].

All wheels braked, and appears to be a metal underframe, but I think the indicated capacity is too low.
No feathers, but Cambrian rendered within a lozenge shape ...
[Not sure about Cardiff, the Cambrian was certainly connected to there].
