Another stamp design ? This one is celebrating the capture & towing away of armoured vehicles. Some tanks and similar vehicles had been abandoned by their crews as out of fuel and in range of NLAWs ... incidents of which occurred with embarrassing regularity in the first weeks of the conflict. . .
