F65, wearing something similar to the "modern" livery, at Port Erin in 1969. . F65 was formed from B22 and C7 being mounted on a bogie underframe in 1910, the bodies were scrapped in 1983, and the underframe remains in service as "Ballast Hopper No.1" ... ... hmmm potential replica ? . "Pairs" F56 at Port Erin, possibly in the 1950s, but after the "gap" was panelled over. [C8 to the left in this view] F56 was formed from A8 + C8 being mounted on the bogie underframe in 1924. The bodies were scrapped in 1968, the underframe was sold off [possibly to the 2ft gauge Festiniog Railway, Nth Wales]. Not my Image : Fair Use & public information
