Borth lifeboat station was established in 1966, with a new boathouse built in 1987. Even the various inshore / D-class / Atlantics etc had to do some backing and filling while the big toys were put away.

A selection of "inflatables ... A-49 is an "Arancia" - often part of Beach Lifeguard equipment, but a number of Lifeboat Stations also have them, specially built for close inshore work. I know that both Aberystwyth & Criccieth Stations have them. Behind the Arancia is an Atlantic [75 or 85?]. On the other side of the finger pontoon there's a couple D-class / ILB1 ...
