This cartoon predates the Russian invasion of Ukraine in Feb 2022. The Hydra Heads are [L -> R] ?, ?, Germany, USA, France, Great Britain, Japan - who are facing down Russia & China. [Russia was expelled from the G8 in 2014, making that grouping G7 again] The two unknowns [?s] might be the other two G7 members, except the colours and symbolism are wrong for Italy and Canada ... .
