Traditional station platform benches, plus an interesting variation ... Two luggage trolleys have been adapted into seating, with cushions and back rests. Much more comfortable than the traditional slatted benches !

The very 1950s appearance of the East Lancs Railway's booking office at Bury Bolton Street. It was rebuilt in 1952 after being destroyed in by fire during 1947. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bury_Bolton_Street_railway_station [Apologies, it is underexposed, the camera wasn't on the right setting]

{5-77} 1962 ERF 44G [PEN 897] - the white steering wheel relates to appearing at Earls Court. Livery is for the Bury based firm of Benson's Sweets. Additional names "George, Hannah and Jessica" ... Has made several TV appearances in eg Heartbeat.
