The passenger end has received the first top coat of gloss paint.

Under preparation for the first gloss coat, the undercoat has been sanded smooth and tacked off. It will have another wipe down just before I start painting. The sides have also been progressing, although the beading is still to be attached.

The passenger end now has the external panelling attached, which had been surfaced and primed in preparation and the deep coountersinks for the screws have been filled and sanded back. Next task will be to attach the cover beads - with plenty of sealant to keep the weather out, before another coat of primer / undercoat is applied.

The two layers of floor planks have been fitted to the cill frames (laid in the double diagonal format). Passenger end and the two end "quarters" have been erected and glued up before primer was applied.
