This "christmas cactus" has pointed corners to the leaf/stem sections, which makes it likely that it is a cultivar of "Schlumbergera truncata" Sadly, it dropped almost all of the other flower buds before they opened.

This could be any one of several dozen Sedum (stonercop) cultivars.
