There is a small calibre cannon above the plaque on the walls of this mock castle / play area at Seascale. That plaque on the wall is a memorial to the victims of a mass shooting, in June 2010. There were 12 fatalities and 11 others injured; incidents took place over 30 locations (total is exluding the gunman who hanged himself). I will make a clear statement that it is the cannon to which I object. This placement is, in my opinion, a very bad taste and ignorant in the extreme.
