Yard worker scraping the large amounts of tubeworm off the steel hulled "Twister" - it comes of quite easily, accompanied by crabs, eels etc.

A small sample of the tubeworm that was growing on the steel hulled "Twister" (a Dutch barge) that hasn't moved for several years - and no anti-fouling remained ... this is about the only problem with Whitehaven marina.
