Excelsior 'bike in the back of a small period delivery van. Could be a 1954ish Consort F4 - small [98cc] two-stroke Villiers engine.

The ultimate war-machine ? Welbike originated by researchers at SOE, then further developed by the Excelsior m/c co, who eventually built 3,641 of them.
