Atlantic 85 B-855 "Eric C Guest" was built in 2011 and has spent most of the time since then in the relief and training fleets. This weekend she has been acting as Pilot for vessels attending the Lifeboat Festival - eg escorting "William Riley" downriver and into the marina.

The station boat at Queensferry since 2012 has been B-851, an Atlantic 85 "Jimmie Cairncross" ... [image captured thru the door window, after a couple of attempts]

Port Erin has had an Inshore lifeboat on station since 1992. [According to my LBES Handbook, that should be B-813 "Muriel and Leslie" an Atlantic 85 class ILB, who has been there since 2006]. Looks like the station mechanic is changing propellers.

Having been out on a training exercise outside the breakwaters, the arresting net was used as part of the recovery. Once ashore, training continued with handling the lifeboat to turn it to face the other way in the trailer and make ready to launch again.
