Strangly, it has been shown that eating a proper diet with adequate nutrition actually improves educational attainment ... What does the Constitution actually say about the separation of education & the state ? In my opinion, poverty is a natural consequence of the greed involved in capitalism. Sadly, human factors, especially greed, are reasons why traditional communism doesn't work. However, the halfway house, where society takes care of less fortunate individuals - like for people injured or ill, the education / training for people of any age, homes fit to live in, and utilities are public services not for private profits. Sounds like utopia ? no, just a properly run social society.

The lower vaccinations in the "most deprived areas" could be the result of a number of factors - including not being able to afford the time off to get vaccinated or time off when sick. I hesitate to suggest the presence of conspiracy theorists finding people to be more receptive to such fallacies in these poorer areas, but it is more likely than not to be a factor. . .
