Platelayer's Velocipede. Wooden frame & seat, handlebars have a "pump action" to assist the normal pedals for motive power. Metal spoked wheels. aka Tricycle, Buda Velocipede, Platelayer's tricycle.

Early "bicycle" designers came up with some interesting variants, some more successful / specialised than others. The one at the front is a [replica] Draisine, also known as Velocipede or "dandy horse" - note lack of pedals, it was scooted by pushes from alternate legs - a design dating from 1817.
