Additional heavy rain & runoff on the 20th February 2020, after Storms Ciara & Dennis had saturated the ground, so the interception ponds on the Slatey Sike flood prevention scheme are more than full.

Haltwhistle fire brigade passing along the main street. Reg No of the tender is HNL 403 and it appears to be towing an auxiliary pump. I'm not good at ID'ing from this angle, but using the reel and shutters, my suggestion is a Dennis ... For every carnival parade I've watched in the last few years, the last vehicle traditionally has been the local "retained" fire brigade. I'm assuming something similar is going on here.
