The restored Oakley class self-righting "Mary Joicey" on display at Newbiggin-by-the-sea.

The plaque on the base of the west pier lighthouse, Whitby.

"Betty Huntbatch" and "Spirit Of Northumberland" leave Seaham North Dock after escorting the "George Elmy" back to her berth after her restoration. There was a short re-dedication / blessing from the skypilot (chaplin) and the band played the lifeboat hymn "Eternal Father" and quite a lot of other tunes.

ON 808 - "Mary Ann Hepworth" returns from another trip out into the bay - or to the bell buoy - Barry told me (ie -shouted over to me) that they has seen some more porpoises.

One of the two main pier lighthouses, there are another set on the slightly newer pier extensions.
