We saw - on both sides of the line, and down by the river, loads and loads of ducks - someone is farming ducks ...

Just as we finished our meals at Stracey Arms Wind Pump's cafe, there was some excitement. "Percy" was a donated rescue off a river cruiser, and went broody just recently. Some duck eggs are about to hatch, so she is "baby sitting" - there is already one squirmy duckling under there somewhere.
