Hopefully, a good proportion of these "Top 50" brands have, in the past two years or so, managed to extract themselves from involvement in the ru55ian economy and are now properly supporting the economic sanctions instigated by the EU, UK and USA. I know it took some of then a looooonnnnggggg time to comply ! . not my image ; fair use & public information

This will change in the second half of 2022 because of a) sanctions on Russia after Putin's Invasion of Ukraine in Feb 2022 and b) reductions in dependence on fossil fuels in attempts to reduce the affects of climate change. . . Not my Image : Fair Use & public information

Super yacht "Lady M" and her tender "Little M" paid a vist to Whitehaven, she is owned by Russian billionaire Alexei Mordashov and worth £40 million. Whilst the owner's family and guests visited the Lakes, the crew did some chores ... and the rest of us looked her over from the surrounding quays. She was a remarkably tight fit in the sea lock.
