Acrobatic "wood wasp" ; she - and her nest mates - seem very fond of the gooseberry bushes. They have developed an interesting method of accessing these very small and pendulous flowers.

Very acrobatic wood wasp, busily pollinating one of my gooseberry bushes.
Despite the bush being repotted and tied into a support stake - it grew a lot last year and it got missed during pruning season - the wasp kept coming back for more ...
gdn - weeds for bees

A very useful thing to do - many "garden" plants have little nectar, or it is very hard for the bees to access, yet bees are very important as pollinators for much of the food grown on this planet. In any case, "a weed is merely a plant growing where it is not planned for it to be growing" ...
