Not quite at full chat ... but close ! The wake from these water jet outlets was considerable.

Looking over the stern of Manannan at her berth in the ferry terminal at Douglas. The red objects are "buckets" for controlling the directional outputs of the water jet propulsion system.

The wake produced by the water jets from "Manannan" as she makes the crossing to Liverpool, I estimated she was doing around 35 - 40 knots during most of the passage.
