These are two model chairs, the one on the right is just about nine inches in height. They are from different sets.
Peter B tells me the spindles were turned on a hand-operated and home-made lathe.

A full size replica of a 7th century Angle helmet. This is quite highly decorated, in the high status style. As such, it would have had two horse tail plumes.
